Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Damages. Savage and Sons is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of ME, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in ME.
